In addition to my many years of nonprofit consulting for a wide range of organizations, I have a breath of employment experience in different nonprofit sectors – social service, mental health, domestic violence, youth, hotlines, social justice, and independent schools. I have served on numerous nonprofit Boards, political appointments and associations. Tenure as an Executive Director, President/CEO, Director of Finance/CFO and adjunct faculty teaching Nonprofit Financial Management make me exceptionally qualified to assist you in your efforts.

We co-created the Institute for Organization Health - a multi-year capacity building project focused on domestic violence organizations and funded by the state. The project involved training management teams in a cohort model, onsite consulting, assessments and creation of multi-year organizational plans.
